Casinos are a whirlwind of fun. Just about every city has one or two or twenty to get your bankroll going. The games vary from one casino to another. The most popular games have got to be the slot machines and they are the easiest to play. Some tips for beating or winning at slot machines, for most, is listening for that one machine that calls out to you.

Once you find that machine, you’re ready to play. Starting out on small machines like penny or nickel slots is a great way to introduce yourself to the game. You do not lose alot of money and the payouts come less frequently than those of large slot machines. This may just be the tip that you need to win the slot machine game.

Slot machines that are dollar, two dollars or more to play are high risk. You may lose quite a bit of change, but the payouts are great and they come more frequently than lower priced machines. This tip for winning at slot machines may cost you money, but in the end you just might come out on top.

The best tip for winning at slot machines is patience. With any gambling game, you must wait and play until your number comes up. Then it is bills all around for you…the winner. Sitting at smaller denomination slot machines gives you a great advantage at this. You don’t feel like you are spending too much at one time.

Playing slot machines can be quite exciting with the lights and screams of winners in the distance. That very well could be your voice too. An excellent tip for winning at slot machines is once you have won, it may be time to cash out. Once you cash out, you can continue on and win big. Say you win 1000 dollars, take ten percent to continue gambling with and put the rest ahead. You will thank yourself later.

Winning at casinos can be life changing. Again, when you win, take a tip from me. This tip for winning at those slot machines is take the money and run. If you win more than you put in the machine to begin with and you continue playing, chances are you may lose. Those machines make you feel lucky for a few rounds, then BAM! you are out of cash. Be level headed at the casino and you will be the big winner.

Another good tip for winning at slot machines is to watch other players. If they are winning at their machine, it may be deemed as lucky. Say that they have to get up and leave. It is not cheating and you will not get in trouble for taking that machine over. You may just get a little piece of the winnings that they left behind.

Gambling is serious business. It is fun and a great tip for winning at those pesky slot machines is to take good judgement with you. You can always come back to the slots.

The game of blackjack is one of odds and math with no sure ways of earning a winning hand with every draw. If there was a surefire way to beat the dealer, Las Vegas would be bankrupt in only a short time. The player can learn some tips and tricks to learn the game and win a few hands from the dealer.

The name of the game is Blackjack or 21. Many players feel the need to hit 21 on every hand and that is the worst choice if they want to win. The number 21 is a fabled fluke that will hit naturally once in a while. This hand is not one to be aiming for. The player need only aim to beat the dealer and not the odds.

The dealer follows the same rules during every game of blackjack. The dealer will hit on a soft 17 (A, 7) and any hand lower than that. You can rest assured that no matter what the top card value is, if the total is soft 17 or less, the dealer will hit the hand.

When the dealer is holding a 10 or a face card as the bottom card and a 6, 5, or 4 as the top card, they will be forced to hit the hand. This hand value is more likely to end in a bust for the dealer since every number from 7 and higher will bust the total allowed of 21. When all cards are taken into account, there is a 45% chance the dealer will have to draw a card that will not bust the hand and a 30% chance that no second card will need to be drawn.

When the dealer is holding a 7, 8, 9, 10, or face card you will be able to deduce what the hidden card value may be. If the dealer takes a card, the total must be a soft 17 or lower. IF the dealer does not take a card, they certainly have a hard 17 or greater. When the dealer does not take a card and you are showing a 15 or greater, a fold is the best choice. If you have a 14 or less, hit the hand.

If the dealer shows a 2 or 3, the game rules require a hit of at least one card. This hand value presents the dealer with a great chance of hitting an 18, 19, 20 or 21.The chances of the dealer needing a second card is less than 30%. This hand leaves the player in the position to hit on 14 or lower and stay or fold on 15 or greater.

The only surefire way to win at the game of Blackjack is to quit while ahead. The more greedy the player is the more apt they will be to walk away a loser, rather than a winner. The more you push the hand the better the chances that the house will take back the winnings from the player.

Greed is the number one reason why people lose at the game of blackjack. The game of blackjack is all about odds and simple math.

Craps is the roller coaster of casino games. When a shooter is riding a hot streak it can be the fastest and most exciting place to be in the house. This is understandable since craps is also one of the most favorable games to the player, if played correctly. No casino game is truly mathematically favorable to the player, since the house must have an edge to ensure profits. But craps at 1.4% with proper play is about as small a house edge as you can get.

The soon-to-be discussed craps tips will show the player how to maintain that small edge and even how to reduce that edge. Beating the game is not impossible. Beating the game, even with solid craps tips, can still be difficult because the house is relentless and must win in the long run. So one very important tip for the player is to not play for the long run. He must have enough self-control and a feel for the game, such that he rides and presses during a hot streak and backs off when the dice get cold.

There are four basic bets in craps that will provide the player the very best shot at beating the game. The player should restrict his play to these bets, plus a few other side bets that will be provided as craps tips later on. The four basic bets are Pass, Don’t Pass, Come, and Don’t Come. Pass and Come players are betting with the shooter, which is often called the “right” way. Don’t Pass and Don’t Come players are said to be betting the “wrong” way.

Betting wrong actually reduces the house edge, but not enough to justify the social advantage of betting “right”. If you decide to bet Don’t Come or Don’t Pass, one important craps tip is to leave your bet down after the first roll, even though you have the option of picking it up. The odds are in favor of letting the bet stay down.

Another terrific craps tip, one that will enhance your chances greatly, for beating the game is to utilize those bets called “free” bets, “odds” bets or “behind the line” bets. These bets can actually reduce the house edge to less than 1%. Here’s how they work. Let’s say you’ve bet $10 on the Pass Line and the shooter’s point is 4. You can bet an additional $10 on the 4 as a “behind the line” bet. If the shooter makes his point, you will be paid even money on the Pass Line bet plus the true odds of 2-1 for the “behind the line” bet on the 4. True odds for points are as follows: 4,10 - 2/1, 5,9 - 3/2, 6,8 - 6/5.

To take advantage of these bets, your betting unit should be in multiples of 10. These bets can also be made as part of your Don’t Pass or Don’t Come strategy.

Finally, another craps tip is to make place bets on the 6 or the 8. These bets have a house edge of about 1.5% and pay off at 7/6. None of the other Place bets should be played. Nor should any other bet on the board be played. The odds against you for anything else, Big 6, Big 8 or any bet in the center prop box is increasing the house edge in great multiples over the basic bets that the player should be concentrating on.

If beating the game is your goal, stick to the craps tips described here. Further, to minimize the risk of being victimized by the “long run”, press your play when hot or when the shooter is hot, and back off when things get cold. The latter tip is the toughest one to follow and will make or break you as a player.

The game of roulette is one of the most popular casino games. Beating the roulette dealer is all about mathematics and taking the time to notice the patterns of the wheel.

The Pivot System

The player using the pivot system of winning at roulette will need to take note of all the winning numbers hitting the roulette wheel. The player is looking for the first number that repeats in the series of winners. The repeating number is called the pivot.

For example, the roulette wheel may hit 12, 15, 20, 13, 17, 12. Twelve is now the pivot number and the number the player needs to bet.

In order to beat the game of roulette, the player now needs to bet the number 12 for the next 36 consecutive roulette wheel spins, or until the pivot number appears on the wheel again. The roulette wheel pays out at 35:1 odds. So as long as the player hits the number 12 within those 36 shots he will win a profit or at least break even. After the number hits, the player will need to repeat the procedure by moving to another table or restarting the pivot noting process.

Winning the game of roulette and beating the dealer is based on the law of unequal distribution. While the roulette wheel tends to hit the same number more than once when measured in short bouts, the same wheel will hit all 37 winner when measured on a larger scale with more spins.

The Austrian System

The player can also win the game of roulette with the Austrian system. This system requires a bit of memorization and, again, a mathematical theory. The roulette winner will need to bet 6 chips in the first roulette column, 6 chips in the third roulette column, one chip between 0 and 00 (American Roulette), one chip between 8 and 11, one chip between 17 and 20 and one chip between 26 and 29. With this method, the player covers 32 of the 37 possible winners with only 16 chips.

Each time the ball lands in one of the 32 numbers on the roulette wheel, the player will be a winner with 2 of the chips on the board. The effectiveness of this system is 85%. This means the player will win 85% of their bets and turn a profit and profit is essentially beating the game of roulette.

The player may ask, what happens if I lose all 16 chips on a roll. Theoretically, the total loss of all chips would only happen 15% of the time. That is still a huge positive chance for winning the game and beating the hand of roulette.

Casino games are all about money. The more money you win, the better the stories the player will have to tell about beating the game of roulette.

Without a doubt, one of the most fun games at the casino is Blackjack. Giving you the opportunity to play for hours on a limited cash flow if played properly, it’s no wonder that casinos often feature more Blackjack tables than any other game. In this article, we’ll help you to tighten up your game to ensure that you get the best results you can when taking a trip to the tables.

- No matter how tempting it may be, regardless of what the dealer is holding, never split a pair of tens. This doesn’t only apply to the ten card; any card with a value of ten, from the actual ten up to kings should not be split. A 20 is simply too strong of a hand to take a risk on when it comes to splitting.

- If you have a pair of aces or a pair of eights, you should split, regardless of what cards the dealer is showing. Splitting aces can result in two blackjacks, which would multiply your funds, and 16 is a tough hand to play. For that reason, whenever you get a pair of eights, split them; there is a good chance that you’ll end up getting 18 on at least one of the hands, as opposed to playing off the 16, which is a fool’s bet.

- Insurance is for suckers, unless you’re counting cards. The odds work against the player when betting on insurance, and for that reason, few people ever choose to take the bet.

- If your hand is between 13 and 16, hope isn’t lost, as long as the dealer has a 6 or lower showing. In this situation, you should stay, because the dealer is likely to bust, as are you if you try to hit. While it may be torturous to sit on such a low hand, more often then not, it pays off when the dealer busts.

- If the dealer’s shown card is a ten, you should continue to hit your hand until it totals 17 or above. If you stay on any less than 17, you run a significant chance of losing, as you should always assume that the dealer’s down-card is a ten, which is the most commonly occurring card in Blackjack.

- If the dealer’s up-card is a 4, a 5, or a 6, you should stand on a hard 12. A hard 12 means that you do not have an ace that you can use as an eleven or a one.

Follow these tips, and you’ll find that your blackjack winning potential can go through the roof!
